AXS26 Conference Sweepstakes


NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.


1. Sponsor

The Infinitus Systems, Inc. AXS26 Conference Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Infinitus Systems, Inc., located at 642 Harrison Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94107 (“Sponsor”).


2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Rhode Island) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.


Exclusions: Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.


3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on April 27, 2026 at 9:00 am Eastern Time and ends on April 29, 2026 at 5:00 pm Eastern Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.


4. How to Enter

To enter, visit the Infinitus booth during official Asembia AXS26 Summit hours and complete the following:

  1. Provide the requested contact information (name and email address) on the provided entry form.
  2. Submit the form to an Infinitus representative at the booth.

Limit: One (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification.

Alternative Method of Entry: To enter without visiting the booth or attending the conference, send an email to marketing-team@infinitus.ai during the Entry Period. The subject line must be “Alarm Clock Sweepstakes Entry” and the body of the email must include your full name and a valid contact email address.


5. Prize and Odds

  • Prize: One (1) winner will receive a Dreamie device (or a similar device at the discretion of the Sponsor).
  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $250 USD
  • Odds: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  • Restrictions: No cash equivalent or prize substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prize is non-transferable. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will occur on or about April 30, 2026.

  • Notification: The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry within 48 hours of the drawing.
  • Verification: To claim the prize, the potential winner must respond within 72 hours of the initial notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

By entering, you agree that Sponsor may collect and use your personal information for the purposes of Sweepstakes administration and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at https://www.infinitus.ai/privacy/. You may opt out of future marketing communications at any time.


8. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising agencies from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.


9. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
