How do you price?

Infinitus has an annual platform fee and price per task. For Patient Services Programs, we also have per-drug/program costs depending on security and compliance requirements. This allows you to only pay for what you need.

What do you get with the platform fee?

Infinitus provides enterprise-level security, SSO capabilities, the benefit of our AI models, and technical support.

How does the price compare to the agents I have doing it now?

When Customers have compared Infinitus to existing employees they typically include the following inputs to estimate their costs per month:

Total patients you need to serve
On average how many payor calls it typically takes your team to complete the task (1.2 is average. Note this will vary by the payor and agent skill set)
How many people are currently doing these calls
How many call tasks those people can complete per hour
Hourly rates
The additional overhead cost of recruiting, onboard, training, and certifying full-time employees.

Do you offer enterprise pricing?

Discounted task rates are available to customers who agree to multi-year contracts and monthly minimums.
