How do you price?

Infinitus has an annual platform fee and price per task. For Patient Services Programs, we also have per-drug/program costs depending on security and compliance requirements. This allows you to only pay for what you need.

What do you get with the platform fee?

Infinitus provides enterprise-level security, SSO capabilities, the benefit of our AI models, and technical support.

How does the price compare to the agents I have doing it now?

When Customers have compared Infinitus to existing employees they typically include the following inputs to estimate their costs per month:

  • Total patients you need to serve
  • On average how many payor calls it typically takes your team to complete the task (1.2 is average. Note this will vary by the payor and agent skill set)
  • How many people are currently doing these calls
  • How many call tasks those people can complete per hour
  • Hourly rates
  • The additional overhead cost of recruiting, onboard, training, and certifying full-time employees.

Do you offer enterprise pricing?

Discounted task rates are available to customers who agree to multi-year contracts and monthly minimums.
