How do you price?
Infinitus offers multiple pricing options depending on product(s), volume, and customer needs. Our options include annual platform and license fees combined with usage (i.e. per task or minute) as well as a subscription model. Please reach out to us to learn more.
How does your AI price compare to humans?
When our customers compare Infinitus AI agents to manually performing tasks they typically include the following inputs to estimate their costs per month:
- Total patients to serve
- Capacity of team (eg. how many cases or tasks can each person, team complete)
- On average how many attempts it takes to successfully complete a task (For example 1.2 calls per task; this will vary by the payor, task type, and agent skill set)
- How many people are currently performing these tasks
- Hourly rates
- The additional overhead cost of recruiting, onboarding, training, and certifying full-time employees
