Healthcare organizations are under more pressure than ever to do more with less, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and patient experience. AI agents have the potential to help, but until now, organizations have faced a frustrating tradeoff: move reasonably fast with black-box solutions you can’t fully control, or build in-house and risk struggles in deployment or scale.

Today, we’re introducing a new path forward: Infinitus Studio, the first no-code AI agent builder for healthcare.

Anyone can build an agent. Not everyone can build for healthcare

Infinitus has spent years inside the journeys that define healthcare: specialty pharmacy workflows, payor portals, prior authorization queues, enrollment pipelines. The result: We know how to build AI agents that operate in healthcare. To date, we’ve automated over 100 million minutes of healthcare conversations, supported over 3.7 million patients, and worked with 44% of Fortune 50. With the launch of Studio, we’re taking our knowledge, expertise, and technical foundation and making it available to our customers to build their own AI agents to close the care coordination gaps that plague healthcare.

Here’s what that looks like: A patient is having trouble sleeping at night because they were newly diagnosed with a complex condition. They call their doctor’s office at 11 p.m., well after office hours, hoping to understand their benefits, what their therapy covers, and how to access their support program. An Infinitus agent answers, confirms enrollment, walks them through their coverage, and if the patient mentions a reaction or symptom, flags it for clinical review before the call ends. The same agent handles what comes next: confirming therapy start, triggering the right follow-up at the right moment, and coordinating with the provider when an action needs to happen.

An agent is only as good as what it knows: Collecting the context your agent needs

A major problem for everyone in healthcare is that information lives everywhere. Insurance data is housed in a proprietary CRM. Case records in another. Payor requirements are stuck in a portal that isn’t integrated with either. Standard operating procedures (SOPs) are stashed away in a PDF on a completely different shared drive.

A skilled human coordinator has to spend time navigating through all of this and collecting the records before they even pick up the phone. If an AI agent can’t do exactly the same thing as that person, then it isn’t really an agent; it’s just a script.

Built natively within Studio are connectors that give your agents the same context your best coordinators rely on, and the ability to act on your systems when the call is done. Before the call starts, these servers pull in what the agent needs: eligibility, case status, payor requirements, formulary details, or anything else. Your agent knows what it needs to know before the first word is spoken.

And when the call ends, results are updated automatically. Case and prior auth status is updated and logged. Follow-ups are triggered. And most importantly, there’s no need for manual entry and no lag. If a system doesn’t have an API, you can upload the SOP or policy document. Infinitus makes it available in real time, with no engineering or specialized skills required.

Don’t just build AI, build with AI

Implementing new technology in healthcare has always been complex. Getting the right information from the right people, translating myriad different requirements into working systems, testing before go-live – all of it takes time and effort. That complexity hasn’t changed. What has changed is how to navigate it.

The AI Assistant is your entry point to everything Studio can do. You can use it to build agents, monitor and understand how they’re performing, and refine them over time, all using natural language.

Powerful observability and insights

Whether you’re building a new agent, trying to understand why patients are dropping off mid-conversation, or refining something that you’ve found has been generating escalations, in Studio, you can understand and accomplish your goals. Describe what you want in plain language, or hand it an OpenAPI spec or SOP document. Studio can take the configuration, connections, and logic, and generate it in a format ready for your team to review. You simply approve what you like and edit what you want to change.

Most AI deployments in healthcare excel at executing tasks. Infinitus is designed to optimize for the outcomes that matter: patient engagement, provider support, enrollment rates, authorization turnaround times, and more. That shift only happens with total visibility. With Studio, every interaction (human or AI) is tracked, giving your team a continuous view of what’s working and where to improve, so your agents, like your programs and processes, only get better over time.

You define the intent. We configure the agent.

Traditionally, building a production-ready AI agent has required 35-50 pages (or more!) of configuration. It demands at least 10 sub-agents, each with their own precision-tuned logic. A single word or model configuration update can change, or even break, the performance of the entire AI agent.

With Studio, your team defines the intent – the conversation flow, critical moments, the persona, systems, and the quality control criteria. Studio generates the full agent configuration, then pressure-tests it across thousands of simulated conversations before a single real person ever picks up the phone. It iterates until the agent meets the bar, optimized for quality, latency and cost effectiveness. You see the evaluation scores. You decide when to deploy. The result: agents that are 40% more accurate than manually created agents, and built 90% faster. The complexity of knowing what to build has always been the expertise of the healthcare organization. The complexity of building it is solved by Studio.

Natural and safe: The best of both worlds

Every AI agent in healthcare faces the same challenge: fully scripted agents are safe, with zero hallucination risk, every word fully controlled, and fully auditable. But they break down the second a conversation goes off-script. On the flip side, fully generative agents are more natural and can adapt to handle anything. But they can hallucinate when it comes to handling critical details, because there are no guardrails in place where it matters most. With most deployments, you’re forced to pick a side. With Infinitus, you don’t have to.

Agent Response Control (ARC) is the patent-pending feature that enables natural interactions, but also control when it counts the most. ARC detects when a conversation requires strict guardrails, like a patient’s question about medication dosage; or when a more natural response is appropriate, like answering a question about onsite parking at a treatment facility. This enables agents to strike the right balance between empathy and safety, while delivering 100% compliance for agent behavior.
