Now available for payor-facing AI agents Instant insurance discoverability and eligibility checks When patient insurance information is incomplete, Infinitus digital AI agents can complete instant major medical insurance discoverability and eligibility checks to provide visibility into patient coverage. This cost-effective and immediate solution enables Infinitus customers to acquire necessary data without completing a full benefits investigation. Enhanced support for military benefits Our AI agents can now capture more detailed plan information for patients with military benefits, helping distinguish between Government TRICARE and VA coverage. We’ve also expanded support to include new payors with the appropriate payer IDs. These enhancements are available for both Major Medical and PBM benefits verification tasks, giving customers greater accuracy and coverage when working with military patient populations. New payors added to supported list Infinitus AI agents now support 29 additional payors – expanding the number of tasks you can send through Infinitus. More supported payors means broader coverage and faster turnaround times for your team. Because our supported payor list grows regularly, we recommend customers review and update their task settings each quarter to take full advantage of the latest additions. Now available in FastTrack AI-generated summaries FastTrack now creates AI-generated call summaries automatically from transcripts after all calls. Users can review or edit these summaries instead of drafting notes from scratch – cutting post-call processing time significantly. End-to-end test call flow Simplify onboarding and troubleshooting with FastTrack’s built-in end-to-end test call flow. that allows users to quickly test call functionality.
