Infinitus and Outshift by Cisco partner to advance interoperability and trust among AI agents in healthcare We’re excited to announce our collaboration with Outshift by Cisco to accelerate interoperability and trust across AI agents in healthcare. With the partnership, we’re working together to further advance healthcare use cases in which the orchestration of multiple agents is required across an organization to serve patients, clinicians, and staff. Infinitus solutions streamline complex administrative and clinical conversations at scale, helping patients get on therapy faster, and stay on for the long term. “Agentic AI is simplifying work and unlocking new possibilities in healthcare. We share Outshift by Cisco’s vision for an Internet of AI agents – one that delivers secure, compliant, and trusted support to patients, clinicians, and staff,” said Ankit Jain, CEO and co-founder of Infinitus. “With this partnership, we can help accelerate that future for healthcare and lay foundational standards for open, interoperable, and responsible AI infrastructure.” Interoperability is essential as AI agents become more integrated in healthcare workflows. As such, Infinitus AI agents are built on open protocols like Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A), to enable seamless integration and security in any orchestration environment. Also as part of this collaboration, we’ve contributed to AGNTCY, a Linux Foundation open-source framework focused on interoperability for the Internet of Agents, and published our MCP implementation to the Agent Directory so healthcare-focused agents can connect with agents from other organizations. “Together we can build an infrastructure that eliminates administrative burden and streamlines complex workflows,” said Papi Menon, Chief Product Officer and VP of Product Management, Outshift by Cisco. This partnership builds on recent momentum for Infinitus, including expanded Salesforce integration and a collaboration with IBM to scale agentic AI in specialty pharmacy.
