Why we made this

A resource of collected wisdom to refer to on your AI journey

We’ve spent years talking to the people who run patient support programs, pharmacy operations, and access services at some of the most recognizable names in this industry. And what we keep hearing – underneath the optimism about AI, the caution, and the strategy decks – is a simpler frustration: the system we built to help patients get the care they need is held together with fax machines, hold music, and forms that look the same as they did 20 years ago.

AI didn’t create that problem. But it might finally be the thing that unmakes it.

What you’ll find in these pages isn’t a consensus. It’s a conversation – leaders from Pfizer, AbbVie, Optum Rx, Boehringer Ingelheim, Amazon Pharmacy, and more sharing where they agree, where they diverge, and where they’re still figuring it out.

We hope it sparks something useful, wherever you are in that journey.
