We’re excited to announce a SMART on FHIR application that can support electronic health record (EHR) integrations across our product suite. With this app, Infinitus solutions can be launched directly from within popular systems of record for health systems.
The solution enables users of these systems to trigger offerings in the Infinitus platform, like our voice AI agents, to verify insurance benefits and navigate prior authorizations, directly from within their existing workflows.

After authenticating the user, Infinitus will pull patient data from the source and determine the call flow. Data collected is transmitted electronically for users to view results and determine next steps in a patient’s care journey.
