Why I joined Infinitus: Andrew Burns, commercial lead One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned over the course of my career is that technology can only create impact in healthcare when teams build solutions that people can adopt and trust. Innovation is important, but adoption at scale is what ultimately drives change. I believe Infinitus is ahead of this curve. My past experiences, especially at DrFirst and Epocrates, have also reinforced how much can be accomplished when strong teams rally around a mission. Knowing how committed the Infinitus team is to creating real impact with solutions that are trustworthy is a big part of why I chose to join the company. Today, I’m eager to share more about that decision. The Infinitus mission resonates deeply with me Throughout my career, I’ve seen how administrative burden impacts patients, providers, pharmacies, and care teams. Infinitus is addressing a problem that has real human consequences, not just operational ones. What appeals to me most is that the mission aligns with a broader commitment I’ve shared with teams I’ve worked with in the past: reducing friction, speeding access to therapy, and helping patients get the care they need with less delay and less frustration. Infinitus is doing this in a way that upholds trust, accuracy, and compliance, which makes the work both meaningful and sustainable. This is the company’s moment to scale Infinitus is at a moment where a strong foundation has already been built, and now the opportunity is to scale. The company has earned trust, demonstrated real-world impact, and shown that the platform can deliver value at enterprise levels. I’m especially excited about the potential in pharma, where our teams can help support major shifts in: Direct-to-consumer engagement Brand-sponsored patient access programs Integration of a platform across solutions touching provider and patient workflows These areas are undergoing rapid transformation, and Infinitus is well positioned to partner with customers in meaningful ways. We have the chance to transform a foundational part of healthcare Infinitus is able to address touchpoints across the individual patient journey, and enables partners to more effectively support patients without friction. The company sits at the intersection of AI, trust, and healthcare operations, which is exactly where I’ve spent my career – and most importantly, where I believe the next major advancements will occur. Achieving the level of reliability, accuracy, and operational discipline that Infinitus has achieved takes strong teamwork, thoughtful clinical and product ideation, and a close partnership with customers. I appreciate that the company has earned early validation with top manufacturers and enterprise organizations. This reflects not only the strength of the technology, but also the quality of execution across the company. The timing is also compelling. Healthcare is facing rising administrative pressures, workforce shortages, growing complexity, and an acceleration in agentic AI. I’m grateful for the opportunity to join this team and contribute to the next stage of growth and innovation. I get to join a truly talented team Co-founders Ankit Jain and Shyam Rajagopalan have growing passion about the market need and the impact Infinitus can make. The culture they have built has attracted an incredible team, and it’s also clear that the team, culture, and mission are aligned around doing things the right way. In my role, my focus will be on helping build a durable, scalable, and customer-centered growth engine. And just as importantly, we’ll work closely with internal and external partners to expand the utility of the Infinitus platform. I’m energized by what this team has already built, and even more excited for what we’ll build next.
