Holly: Operations at Infinitus This is part of a series of blog posts featuring some of the amazing talent we have working on the technology behind Infinitus. This week, we’re excited to be featuring Holly Comer. Holly has been focused on operations at Infinitus. She has been making sure that our systems are well tested, data labeled accurately and customers expectations exceeded. Why did you choose to join Infinitus? I was really impressed with the culture and mission of the organization. We’re making a significant impact in healthcare and I’m excited to be a part of it. What are you working on right now? Right now I am working on training – new team members and artificial intelligence! Our operations team is growing quickly so we’re putting a lot of time into training new members while building an efficient onboarding program for the future. We’re also continuously providing input to evolve the AI platform: between our resident healthcare experts and the insights we gain during daily operations, we generate a lot of feedback on how to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the system. We then work closely with the engineers to design and run experiments to test these improvements. What is the favorite part about working for Infinitus? The people are amazing! Everyone is super approachable, down to earth, and receptive to hearing everyone’s ideas. What are 3 words to describe Infinitus? Efficient, flexible, and visionary. What advice do you have for prospective Infinitus candidates? Everyone at Infinitus comes from different backgrounds and each person brings something unique to the table. Be ready to learn something new and consider a different perspective. What’s something you are passionate about outside of work? I love to run.
