This is part of a series of blog posts featuring some of the amazing talent we have working on the technology behind Infinitus.
This week, we’re excited to be featuring Michelle Leddy. Michelle has been focused on operations at Infinitus. She has been making sure that our systems are well tested, data labeled accurately and customers expectations exceeded.
Why did you choose to join Infinitus?
The idea of working for a healthcare startup is something that I have always found both exciting and interesting. I have been in healthcare all of my career, and living in the Bay Area I am surrounded by tech culture. There is a lot of opportunity for tech to improve the way healthcare is delivered and it is a privilege to be part of a company looking to make a positive and meaningful impact.
What are you working on right now?
Right now I am working with some of the newer hires on data labeling. The team is starting to grow, and the additional members have been great to work with. I am also working with the team to refine a QA SOP and make sure that our processes are scalable as we onboard more customers and ops team members.
What is the favorite part about working for Infinitus?
The team of operators, engineers, and our leaders are a big part of why I enjoy working for the company. Seeing changes that impact the ease and efficiency of which we handle health care information happen so quickly and the team work involved in bringing forth these changes has been inspiring.
What are 3 words to describe Infinitus?
Exciting, team oriented, and creative.
What advice do you have for prospective Infinitus candidates?
Be flexible, ready to jump in whenever and wherever needed. The willingness of others to jump in and help has been really inspiring. Don’t be afraid to look to others for help. Everyone has been very helpful and encouraging which helps me to do my best.
What’s something you are passionate about outside of work?
Food and exercise. I love to eat and I love to run. I grew up in my family’s restaurant so food is tied into great memories and lots of love.
